The beds were comfortable, the room was beautifully presented, and recently refurbished, and the continental breakfast included breads, pastries, and muesli.

By and large, it was nicely appointed and relaxing place with efficient stuff from reception to restaurant to housekeepers. The setting of hotel was magnificent and handy, near centre of Falkirk. I appreciated that there where pastries, slices of fresh bread and muesli in the restaurant.

Convenient location in the heart of the city, near cool spots like the Falkirk Wheel and Kelpies, and also close to a transportation hub. 🏞️

The breakfast had nice and above average options, including hot food served before cereals like teas and cornflakes. the hotel is in a magnificent location in Falkirk, close to the Steak restaurant and within easy reach of Falkirk, Stirling, and Edinburgh.

General level of comfort was good.Food excellent.furnishings in some area were in need of upgrading.
The spa facilities were not available because of upgrading of the swimming etc. This was a huge dissapointment as no forewarning of this was given

The serving staff in the restaurant was efficient & friendly. My room was very nice, and the bed was especially comfortable

The location was amazing and beautiful, situated next to a restaurant and leisure facilities, the Falkirk Wheel, the Kelpies, and other attractions. It was a maximum of a 20-minute walk to the lake.

We were made very welcome when we arrived and the staff,food and entertainment was very good. We were there to celabrate New-year and we had a great time and made some friends. We took our dog and thre was no problem with that.

The rooms were nice and bed very roomy, which we like as we have a superkingsize at home!
We were a bit disappointed with breakfast, service could have been better!

The location was perfect, offering beautiful views of the Highlands, and we enjoyed relaxing by the lake just a 25-minute walk away.

Food, Service, People, Room all very good; will stay there again on my next trip to that part of Scotland.
Couldn;t get even a bar snack after 9.30pm.
